All our truck bodies are built at our facility and can be shipped and easily installed using U-bolts and wood furring strips. DCI Fleet, a division of Demountable Concepts, draws on over three decades as North America’s leading manufacturer of Demounable Truck Body Systems to produce palletized gas cylinder delivery trucks that adhere to the highest quality manufacturing and safety standards.
This compressed gas cylinder transport and securement system meets or exceeds all government-mandated requirements and is in compliance with 49 CFR 393.102 and 49 CFR 177.840 within the United States.
Plenty of Options Available
Straight truck gas truck bodies can be built with 4, 6, 8, or 10 pallet bays. Our truck bodies utilize industry standard pallets similar to Weldoca and others. This system mechanically locks into the frame so that even if the truck structure is rotated 180 degrees the pallets would remain locked in place. Our locking system complies with Federal DOT regulations 49 CFR 393.102 and 49 CFR 177.840.
Quick-Load Demountable Pallet Options:
Gas truck body frame utilizes industry standard pallets similar to Weldoca and others.
3-Rail Pallet
Mechanically locks onto the truck frame. If the truck structure is rotated 180 degrees the pallets would remain locked in place. Holds up to 21 “T” cylinders.
4-Rail Pallet
Utilize to double stack propane cylinders (28 per pallet, 14 on each level). Holds up to 21 "T" cylinders.
